PLEASE leave a CLEAR message with your name, an evening telephone number or cell phone number and the product that your interested in. Our administration office telephone number is 800-923-2792.
Important note: If we haven’t responded within 24 hours it may be that we did not receive your details correctly so please try again or better still send us an email.
Which ever option you choose please make sure you include an after hour telephone number as most of our calls are done in the PM.
To Explain: The reason we ask that customers contact us in this manner is, instead of having one of our administration staff sitting at a telephone answering “mostly” technical questions we are able to utilize that staff members time in a more efficient and economical manner, thus reducing our overheads. Even the boss is hands on. This in turn keeps our unique products at very completive prices and it ensures that you, “the customer”, receive specific answers to your questions etc directly from our highly qualified technical staff that know the ins and outs of our products.
